Invitation for foreign citizens to obtain Romanian visa

Documents required at the notary's office for the invitation of a foreign citizen in Romania:

 
  • the identity document of the party domiciled in Romania and which makes the invitation for the foreign citizen1;
  • copy of the identity card of the foreign citizen.
 
[1] If the person making the invitation is a foreign citizen with a residence permit in Romania, it is also necessary to present the residence permit, and the identification will be made with the passport.
 
Important:
 
1. The invitation of the foreign citizen is made to the notary only for the visas for the VISIT.
 
2. Notarial invitation is required only for nationals of the following countries:
